1. Company

2. Pricing
Listed prices are indicative; final pricing is confirmed in writing before any transaction.
3. Payment
Escrow.com, EscrowDomains.com, Sedo, GoDaddy, cryptocurrency, wire (ACH/SEPA/SWIFT), Wise.com, PayPal, Neteller. All transaction fees are borne by the seller unless otherwise agreed.
4. Lease-to-Own
Interest-free instalment plans, scaled to the listed price (up to 60 months on the top tier), via Escrow.com or EscrowDomains.com. The domain remains in escrow until full payment is received.
5. Domain Transfer
Upon confirmed payment, the seller provides the authorization code within 24 hours. Transfers typically complete within 3–7 business days.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not available once a transfer has been initiated. Disputes are handled through the escrow provider.
7. Liability
DomainEmpire Ltd acts as a broker and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
